Apple 1

1976

It was the first computer built by Steve Wozniak and the first product of the Apple Computer Company, founded on April 1, 1976, by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne.
The idea of building the first Apple personal computer and launching a startup was born in Steve Jobs’ garage, located in a modest house at 2066 Crist Dr. in Los Altos, California.

At the Apple Museum you will be able to see a faithful replica of this model, signed by Steve Wozniak.

Macintosh 128k

1984

„The computer for the rest of us.”
The first Mac. Along with it, a revolution began — the Macintosh provided the consumers a user- friendly way of interaction with the machine. A clear and simple user interface, based on a desktop, icons and folders, designed as a metaphor for working with documents on a desk, has set new standards in consumer electronics. Macintosh became a counter-culture all of its own within the digital world.

20-th Anniversary Macintosh

1997

The new project, launched in 1992, was a very bold step into the unknown.
It was supposed to be the first All-In-One project, a non-computer object, looking like it came from the future. Its modern technical solutions, materials, and components were elevated to a multimedia-focused work of applied art.
Produced in a limited edition, it has become a valuable collector’s item.

iMac G3

1998

The color iMac was the first product introduced by Steve Jobs following his return to the crisis- stricken Apple Company in 1997. As a result, Apple regained its position on the market again, while the iMac left a solid mark in the industry.

The new vision of the Apple computer, aimed at consumers, has aroused great interest on the market and in the press. The “Bondi Blue” translucent matte enclosure has become an icon and a role model.
